Sunshine Café opened its doors on East Tipton Street with one simple belief: a great cup of coffee shouldn't require a long drive or a pretentious atmosphere. It should be easy, honest, and made with care.
We started small — one espresso machine, a handful of seats, and a commitment to source beans from roasters who treat their farmers fairly. Over the years, we've grown, but the approach hasn't changed. We still pull every shot by hand, bake our pastries each morning, and remember most of our regulars by name.
Whether you're stopping in for a quick espresso before work, settling in with a book for an hour, or grabbing breakfast for the family — this is your table.
